Cancellation Policy
Lesson Pack Purchases: Lessons are purchased in packs of four per calendar month, irrespective of the number of weeks or availability within that month. No Refunds After Commencement: Once lessons have commenced, there shall be no refunds issued. Missed Lessons Policy: a. If a scheduled lesson is missed without any prior notice or with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, it cannot be rescheduled or made up. b. Lessons purchased must be utilized within the month of purchase. Failure to attend a lesson within the designated month does not entitle the purchaser to a refund or rescheduling of the missed lesson.
